What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I would call and hear what she has to offer. You didn't give enough info but maybe she doesn't like the plans you made. Call her and try not to be angry, I've been there and it doesn't help. Try to be relaxed when you talk to her....

Wait, she's cancelled your plans 3 times and counter offered for three seperate dates? Or is she repeatedly changing a single date that she has set up?

If you're tired of her playing these games then don't continue to let her play. Call her up and tell her that you're tired of her wasting your time by cancelling on your plans. Tell her you have better things to do with your time and that if she wants she can call you when things have settled down.
