My lower left abdomen has been twitching recently. And also when i take a deep breath i feel an acute tightness in that same area. Im thinking its a GI issue, maybe backed up poop or something. You guys have a clue to what this could be? Thanks.

Dude just go get it checked out. There are lots of structures in the LLQ and without a full hx, physical assessment, labs and possible abdomenal xray its just grasping at straws.

Ive never been to a doctor or to get a general checkup. I honestly dont know how to even do that. Plus im broke. This is ironic since im going into medical field(Yes, i know)

Ive been feeling bloated for the past week or so. Ill get more fiber and see if that helps.
