I've always been under the assumption that heavy dead would take care of my neck.

Plus it's not something I've really cared about or put much thought into. I've basically just ignored it year after year

One day I decided to start training neck. Been doing it for like 4 months.

Made decent gains consider the short timeframe. I'm only doing curls and extensions.

Really loving the progress so far. It's literally having quite a big impact on my appearance, I 100% look more attractive and stronger because of the neck stuff I've been doing.

Definitely the biggest bang for buck body part I've ever done.

You don't want to bulk up your neck. One of my good friends is a pulmonologist who treats a lot of sleep apnea patients. He says that one cause of the condition is too much tissue on either side of the esophagus that presses against the throat, causing the airway to narrow.

A healthy male neck size is no larger than 16.5 inches.
