"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Question. My now ex, starts ignoring me on friday morning. I got suspicious but let it go, until saturday comes around and i still havnt heard from her.

Try callin her but her phone was dead so i shoot her a text asking why im gettin the cold shoulder. She replys "im fishing lets talk about this tomorroe" so that translatres to shes blowin some dudes upnorth.

I just reply no were done.

But her only friends outside of these ppl are my friends. And i kno shes gonna show up w. Her friend at our local spot to try and piss me off. So should i put this slvt in her place at the bar, ignore her or just minimal aknowledgement like idgaf. I want it to be known she is not welcome around me and my friends.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Why are you trying to "put this b*tch in her place"? Just go to the local spot and if you see her, say hi and pull another b*tch. If she sees you, I guarantee she's going to be texting you.

No such thing as a "soft next"

Either you next her or you don't. Ignore her and have another chick you're hanging out with when she is there. That will make it known to her she isn't welcome when she is invisible to you. The point is not to get her back. It's to let her know she fu*ked up and you don't need her anymore.

I'll never cut off a girl that is behaving this way, and I definitely wont wait around for her either. Just keep gaming HOs man, she'll come around later and maybe it will be in a dry spell.

If you plant a seed you might come around to the area later and have a fruit tree with life saving fruit later.

It may just be a result of getting a little older, greyer, and tired - but I no longer feel any inclination to ever put a girl in her place or to participate in any kind of drama whatsoever for the sake of my ego.

If there is a person or situation in my life that is becoming toxic or is otherwise just not making me feel good, I walk away. Never would I make some kind of grand final statement, try to make them feel like crap, or do anything that is basically just being done to get a reaction. That's the kind of stuff that keeps those people, and the negative feelings associated with them, in my life when really it's much more efficient and healthy if I just calmly and decisively extricate myself from them as quickly as possible.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
