“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Worried that a negative stereotype of the sorority was contributing to a decline in membership that had left its Greek-columned house here half empty, Delta Zeta’s national officers interviewed 35 DePauw members in November, quizzing them about their dedication to recruitment. They judged 23 of the women insufficiently committed and later told them to vacate the sorority house.

The 23 members included every woman who was overweight. They also included the only Korean and Vietnamese members. The dozen students allowed to stay were slender and popular with fraternity men — conventionally pretty women the sorority hoped could attract new recruits. <snip>
I wonder what this says about women. That women do not want to be associated with less attractive women? Of course, it seems to me that the exact opposite is true - that attractive women always seem to have the "fat friend". :p

Women are competitive with each other, that's for sure. It is all about who is thinner, prettier, more popular, etc. Particularly with sororities. Throw a desirable man in the mix, and you'll get them cutting each other's throats.

The reason for the fat or less attractive friend? To draw more positive attention to themselves.

They may have a "fat friend" to act as a a kind of reverse wingman ,but that fat friend is quickly discarded when that HOT guy enters the space and gets snared by HB...
The fat friend gets to hang around with the HB for a while initially and have some of the fairy dust fall on her, AND she gets a shot at HBs unsuccessful applicants.

AS RT would say - another feminine social contrivance .

Do you think that the fat friend hangs around hoping that some tag team of men come around such that the wingman in that team would give attention to her?

Massachusetts bill aims to stem discrimination against the overweight

Currently, people can seek protection under the Americans with Disabilities Act, but they must prove their obesity is a disability and, in some cases, that it is caused by physical traits beyond their control...

...If Massachusetts passes the bill, it would join a handful of other states and municipalities with similar laws pertaining to appearance, including Michigan, the District of Columbia, San Francisco and Santa Cruz, Calif., and Madison, Wis.

Such legislation is rare because historically there was little public advocacy for the issue of weight bias. Now, groups such as the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance have become more active.

Best Quote Ever from a Fat Acceptance Bill Sponsor:

"there is a growing number of people who think this should happen" :D

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Same can be said for men too. Would a bunch of athletic guys want to hang around a bunch of math geeks? Rarely would you meet people who are honest about accepting others regardless of their background.

The funniest part about this is the "it's unethical" petition.

What does being against ugly, fat people have to do with ethics?

The public still operates under the assumption that fat is just something that "happens" to you. You do it to yourself, and no it's not hard to lose weight or maintain weight. It's simply not if you have the slightest clue about nutrition and any self control. Is it so much to ask that in your 80+ years on earth that you learn a bit about your body and mind?

Currently, people can seek protection under the Americans with Disabilities Act, but they must prove their obesity is a disability and, in some cases, that it is caused by physical traits beyond their control...
And that stuff about thyroid problems. Pfft. Those thryoid problems are CAUSED by poor diet and being fat. Cause and effect reversed.

It's not discrimination based on looks. It's discrimination based on WEAKNESS.

I don't hang out with STUPID people. Is that discrimination? Is that unethical? Should I be forced to hire the stupid? Most all being fat is mental or psychological weakness.
