"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Many myths has spread out in the community for the last decade. Myths that have worsen the pickup skills of many compared to say back in the first decade of the community (msf, nexts, etc). Here in this forum, We are full of it and we are full of it everywhere online. I believe the self help gurus that didn’t know anything technical about picking up girls inundated this niche with general advice they used to sell in Amazon for cheap. It got as far as the technical community got overwritten and started disappearing as a consequence of so much smoke and dust (metaphorically speaking). I have being victim of it for the last decade; Consuming self help books and vast materials that when you finish reading all of it you stay wondering if you have learned anything at all that improve your performance in game. Some of it claims you need to work on other things that are not related to game like busines, gym etc but gives zero evidenced advice about how to do game from a technical perspective. If that is their advice. I rather leave the community because those are necessary and obligatory things for men and women. Otherwise gym wouldn’t exit as a thing (taking the gym as an example). Mystery never went to the gym and is skinny as ****. Neil Strauss is the same and as many others… etc

One of those myths that has spread out strongly and I was victim of it for a few years and because i was in a situation where I did not know how to improve to my next level is “She already decided in the first 3 seconds” OMG! It takes a lot of experience in the field and experience with women in general to realize that when you stop a woman and try to talk to her you are not the only one who has a good pair of shoes and a nice t shirt and a clean cut. Go outside and look how many men look as good as you or better than you. Unless you are approaching her in a Lamborghini or wearing a 10 million dollar watch. Game is not over in the first 3 seconds. On top of that game requieres to get to know the logistic of the girl to get a sense whether she would lead to a successful pick up or not. I struggled in game for a while and kind of believed that but realized it is not true because for what I just explained and I can explain for hours a lot more convincing facts from the field against that theory. You can disagree and still hold that belief but if you don’t you will do better in game.

Looks:
Another idea that it really originates from the previous one. It really is a consequence of believing there is much little that can be done if you don’t look like the 30% good looking men, or the 20 or 10 or the 1. There is always a new theory with a new %number. It is true that if you look good it tremendously help you with game but “looking good” is not game. Why wouldn’t you look good? I love looking good and I do as much as I can everyday to look good. But game in the first place didn’t started as a niche to reach men to look good. Looking good doesn’t get you the girl. It only gets you IOI, eye contact from women and maybe some decides to give it a try and talk to you and flirt with you but if you suck at flirting you just got your passage to go home alone. You can achieve a point where you are very good looking but if you don’t have high self stem. It will meant **** to her….

more to come

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Um.... Welcome to the community that you would rather leave I guess?

It's like anything else here. You've got hot air and things of substance. There's misinformation, there's fact, there's opinion. It's up to you to sort it all out. A lot of people figure things out for themselves and then auto assume that the way they did it is the way you can (and maybe should) do it too. Some of them are so certain of it that they sell absolute horse shyte. As far as broad stroking an entire community or niche, you're creating a straw man based off of your understanding of why people teach different things. Oh, and if Mystery is 'skinny as ____,' then I'm a walking skeleton. lol

People teach "unrelated" things as you call them because sometimes those are essential to develop YOUR OWN character and sense of self worth. Which WILL translate to more success with women and pickup in general. If you DO have a better job, you'll be more relaxed and sure of yourself which is important. If you go to the danged gym, you'll be healthier, stronger, etc and it will improve your self esteem which will help with women. I don't understand why you'd take this advice and call it 'myth' just because a woman can say no.

It's pretty arrogant to assume that ANYTHING will guarantee a woman wants to jump on you as long as you do "x, y, z." It's also a transactional way of thinking. If your M.O. is "Must do ___ = I get pvssy" then you're better off going somewhere where you can literally buy the experience outright. What you ARE correct about, if I'm understanding you is that just because someone is tall, in shape, or has a lot of money or learns how to run game a woman can still say "no." And that's correct. But you aren't bettering YOURSELF for a woman. You're doing it for you. And when you better yourself, you become a better man who is more suitable to be in a relationship with a woman.

That's it. No secret sauce, no hidden gimmicks, no promises, no guarantees. Anyone who makes a guarantee or a promise that you'll succeed is selling you something. It's a bummer that you've felt like you've been sent on a wild goose chase, and YES. Several self help books out there and 'gurus' are absolutely as effective as learning how to read gibberish. But that doesn't mean the whole community doesn't offer meaningful or helpful advice.

It comes down to one thing. It takes effort, it takes understanding and it takes time. If you don't invest in the time and effort, what's the point? It's never been about "do x, y, z, then you get p00n." I mean, all of the 'stuff' does help you discover your strengths and weaknesses, but there isn't a one size fits all blueprint to a successful relationship. You need to figure out who you are, be a genuine person who women want and then you put your best foot forward. You get turned down. You win some, you lose some and then you go try again.

Sometimes people get super lucky, marry their HS sweethearts and never break up/divorce and start a family. That is incredibly remote in probability. Some people have to meet literally hundreds or even thousands of women (I mean MEETING them, not necessarily a date/relationship/lay count) before they even figure out what they like and dislike in a woman, let alone being in a relationship with one and knowing the difference between dynamics involving serious commitment and summer flings.
