"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Okay let's get this straight.

Myspace: It's become basically a popularity contest. Who's got the coolest layout? Who's got the sweetest tunes? Who has the most friends that they've never met?

I hate to bring it to you guys, but pimping out your myspace with all the coolest things, adding 2039 friends and taking 40 mirror pictures isn't going to score you a lot of chicks.

MySpace can be useful, but at the same time it can turn you into a f*cking loser. I check mine maybe once a day, or if I'm stuck in the house, I'll get on periodically, respond to stuff, find something else to do. I don't sit there and refresh every 30 seconds waiting for people to respond to my messages, or leave comments.

Meeting Chicks:
Use the browse to find chicks in your area. Don't add them. Message them. Just be like "hey there". Bam. Easy. Don't expect a return message if you're ugly. MySpace is generally an excuse for shallowness. If you do get a response, keep the conversation short, get a number, get off. Call the girl when you've got something to do and spit your game.

'Pimping' your profile: I hate when people put all that stupid sh*t on there that makes my computer go super f*cking slow. Keep it simple. Thank you. Get a song you like, get some simple colors, get a diversity of pictures, maybe a cool little gadget or something. Thats it. Don't type your whole life story, don't worry about "cool quotes", or what you should put in your info. You guys are over analyzing EVERYTHING. It's a friggin webpage.

Bulletins: I hate "NEW PICS OMG LYKE COMMENT PLEEEAZEE" bulletins. I hate chain letter bulletins. I hate survey bulletins. If I post a kick ass song on my page, I might let people know. If something is about to happen that's BIG news, I might post one. I don't waste my time with those stupid things.

Display Names: Use your name, or your nickname. Please, don't be retarded and put stuff like "Ev3R SinCE I caN r3MemB3r I B3eN popPin maH CollUh" as your display name. I will shoot you.

Picture Captions: Be a smartass with your captions. I have a shirtless one on mine and my caption is "It's blurry, but for some reason I think you get the picture." None of this song lyric sh*t (If you can't tell, I hate using song lyrics), none of this "This is Me on My couch" stuff. Duh, we can tell just by looking at it what you are doing.

Comments: I RARELY leave comments. People who sit there and comment on every picture, comment on 20 peoples profiles etc, are just looking to kill some time. Myspace wh*res. Don't be one. I don't leave "hey you" comments too often, unless I haven't seen the person in forever. Usually I send a message. Don't over do anything.

Final Note: Myspace is an easy way out for the wanna be DJ. A real man gets off his ass and goes where the women are. The END!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I'll admit, I had one ages ago, when nobody got on it. Once people started catching on, I used to get on ALL the time. When I was on house arrest, thats where I spent most of my time, it was basically an addiction. Needless to say, after HA, I got a life.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

dude all the sh!t you posted is a given

It's common sense, but you'd be suprised at how many people ask stupid questions on here about myspace. Theres a thread out there asking whats the best "myspace quote" to put in their profile. C'mon now...

I was getting pissy about all these stupid myspace posts.

Right now myspace is paying for a good portion of my paychecks. I got no complaints.

You create Ultimate Seduction Profiles for AFCs that are 100% guaranteed for results!? :woo:

I should do that. That's a good idea.

I use myspace as free advertizing for my nightclub promotions job. I need less then 1% of the people I spam about my guest list(s) to show up and I'm good for the day.

I posted a while back that myspace isn't just a cheap easy way to meet girls. There's alot of potential for other things, some of which could make you money or even get you a new job.

PRMoon, that is very very true. Music, businesses etc benefit from myspace, but as a "pickup site" like many here are trying to use it as, it's not so hot.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
