This appears to be a huge problem. Your situation is a supporting example of how technology is destroying humans as a social species. You say you've had sex with three women so far via myspace, but I still think it's healthier to attempt to meet women in the real world, face to face. Instead of worrying about how to pimp your myspace page, why don't you try to improve yourself, meet women in the real world, and let your myspace reflect this new you? Maybe then women will flock to your page...
