and my back and neck are sore as ****...I did a gig last night as a lead singer and I decided to just give it my all. Today my throat is not feeling great. Anyone know what i can take to help the ache in my throat?

anyways its a kinda obscure product but i used to get free voice lessons from my mums friend and the guy swore by it...i order it and it keeps your throat in shape pretty well. take care of alot of the mucus too (the main reason for using it) and that removes any nasal quality in your voice.

You can drink a nice tall glass of stop smoking. Everything, both tobacco and pot. Yes, this is an assumption, but based on some of your other posts I'm willing to wager it's a correct one.
