Hows it going guys? Well i read Kerensky's post and i just have to say thank you for the inspiration man. Im so tired of being lazy and a piece of **** and unsuccessful with women so on monday i will start on my quest to be the total man and be everything i want to be.

My plan:

Wake up 6:50 make my protien shake drink that ****
Go to school and eat during class and at lunch
Protien shake after school
Start my homework
Go to either work, or the gym, or krav maga which is scheduled for the day
Get home and finish my homework
Read or play guitar, something productive
Another protien shake

Thats all i got so far. I think i will only be able to approach women when im more comfortable and proud of my self. I have no confidence because i have no reason to have it. Im lazy and i hate it so im gonna do something about it.

glad your motivated, but at the rate your taking protein your going to OD...

unless your actually working out, don't take more then one or two shakes a day. it will sap all your energy and make it impossible to do anything. When i was drinking protein shakes i was taking 40 grams of Whey isolate in each drink, which comes out to about 35 grams of protein. and afterwards i was a deadman, because my workout didn't back up my two or three daily shakes.

just take it easy, eat some steak. lol

I'm not so sure, my health teacher just went over this and said that if you're going to be working out to build yourself up, you should be eating your weight in protein grams a day...when he outlined his diet he was on three shakes a day. This guy's like 60-something and in better shape than most 30 year olds.

ya, but that guy probably works out several hours a day. kerensky says he's only going to work out seriously when work or his krav maga classes permit. krav maga is not the same as a serious workout, its mostly cardio i believe.

the reason the protein f*cked me up so much was because my working out didn't match the protein i was ingesting, and from the sounds of things he's going to be in the same boat i was

At the place i take Krav Maga my teacher is also a liscensed nutritionist and was the world champion natural body builder 3 years ago. He went over it with me and drew up the plan. Each mean consists of 40-50g of protien and thats supose to be what im having. He said to split it up into 6 meals a day and ill be fine. I also have to have a table spoon of omega 3-6-9 amino acids oil. Also fruits and things like that.

lol, well who am i to argue bodybuilding with a world champion natural body builder?

BUT

your not one

professional bodybuilders (competing) eat six full meals a day because it keeps their metabolism high. however, if your consuming that much food, you NEED TO BE WORKING OUT in order to metabolise the food / protein your ingesting. the reason the pros eat six meals daily is because whenever they aren't eating or sleeping, their working out. otherwise, you just get really fat. lol

ps i also recommend flaxseed oil. great for overall health plus protein, a must for serious working out

ask your nutrition guy about it

ya the omega 3-6-9 oil also has flaxseed oil in it.

My plan is to bulk up first and then get cut. it will take time. We'll see how it goes.
