Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

Well, DJ, to each his own. Some guys have lots of money, and very few dates. Others have lots of dates, and very few dollars. The latter might burn a few hot dates w/guaranteed s-x to focus on a six figure salary. Same as a wealthy AFC dropping $2k to get women.

Anyway, not much to update. Went to a family July 4th picnic that included about 20 other people. To my surprise a few beautiful young girls there. All daughters of family friends, under 20, off limits, but still made the time pass faster. They loved attention from me. I wish it was a hundred years ago and I could just buy one of them from their dad. It's complete B.S. that families except their lovely young daughters to be deflowered by groping idiot boys their own ages with absolutely nothing to offer them. Society is f'd up.

Also ran into some married friends. I will see them at a wedding next week. I'm hoping some decent available women will be there. I'm doing this wedding instead of a weekend class b/c I think that the odds are a lot higher at weddings, *if* you find someone available/attractive.

Today put on some nice clothes and walked around an upscale mall. It was too crowded, didn't find any approachable women. On the train back, saw a girl in the station that was perfect for me. Cute blonde, well dressed, carrying a book, by herself. But she was on the upper platform. I was waiting for a train below, but decided to go up there anyway, b/c I'm sick of letting opportunities go bye, but by the time I got up there she was gone. Possibly I could've tried to catch her eye from where I was, but doubtful.

Then I sat out at an outdoor cafe, saw a decent opportunity, and decided to get a drink and sit down next to her. But the damn drink took about ten minutes to be made, and by then she was gone. I guess I should have just skipped the drink and sat down without it.

Now I think I'll go to the gym and the park before I call it a day. There's got to be *at least one* cute chick out there for me to meet today.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
