I'm building this site with fitness, supplements, nutrition, campus sex, and gear (fashion/hair/cologne) sections and im going to include alot of articles.

I think your design is very clean and clear. Site feels balanced and colors are warm. However, you should probably date the articles on the front page so that people have a sense of what is recent and what is not. Overall I really like it.

couple of things

article beating the freshman 15
(tiny thing) Under the para Schedule A Time For Yourself, replace "one the go"

i think the first article "beating the freshman 15" needs a conclusion
