"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok long story short. I met this girl (15 then 17 now) online about 1 1/2 years ago. I was literally the best guy she ever met physically and personality wise. I started liking her after a while.

We met up after 8 months (because she lived 200 miles away). We had sex, it wasnt good, I lost my hard on in the middle of it. Because as experianced guys know being sleep deprived, hungary and a really cold room = bad sex.

She was only with only 2 guys before me and didnt have enough exeriance to know that it was the environment and not my fault. And good sex was really importent to her so she slowly shyed away from me.

I did the same and just didnt want to bother with her(too much pride). I havent really talked to her for the last 10 months mabye a few IM's.

But I want to try with her again because we stoped talking over something fixable. and again I have too much pride to let go.

I thought I'd try a more direct, honest and confident approach of "lisen we need to talk, remember we stoped talking because blah blah but this is why it happened blah blah and I didnt talk to you because blah blah and I think we should start over."

If letting her go isnt something I'm considering what do you guys think of what I want to do? good bad? Would you do something different?

Out of curiosity, what have you nailed since then?

If nothing is the answer, there in lies the problem.

well I'm not gonna lie. The first 2 months after that incident I didnt nail anyone, didnt even talk to girls. This was due to me being messed up mentally because of hardships in my life, and this incident added to that. But after that I've been with 4 girls. And working on a couple at the moment.

Well try talking to her. Pick up the phone fluff talk a few mins and then set up a date or something. Get with her.

I kinda see this like a really old car that hasn't been started up in a very long time. And for whatever reason you want to drive it but when you try to turn it on it doesn't. And in order to you have to do a little tune-ups and servicing. Yeah that’s how I see it with you and this girl. You had that girl hot, and then you let it go cold for 10 months and now you want to get things going again. Well, no amount of pick up lines and tricks is going to heat things up or bring her interest level high as it was 10 months ago. You’re going to have to do some tune-ups my friend. You need to work on your game and really tightin it up a lot more. Also go see other chicks and have fun all at the same time when trying to get with this girl.

Personally, I just see this as symptoms of Oneitis.

hey thats some fancy writing, I like your analogy! Yeah its kind of oneits, but I'm ready to let go. I'm probably gonna do it the right way and actually try to talk to her and try to hang out before I give her "the speech." I just want closure if she says yes then thats awesome and if she says no then thats fine too.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
