“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Well its been a year of ups and downs with my quest to the perfect body.

Now I am really not in need of losing much weight but I need it for certain reasons. One, I want to be confident in my body image. Everytime I have to take my sweater off or something Im always tripping about my slight pudge showing. I don't want to trip about that anymore cuz that means I doubt myself. I don't want to doubt myself when it comes to my body. Also I look like I'm really athletic so I know people kinda expect me to have this great body with a sweet set of abs and I wanna be that guy, and plus its healthy.

Anyway I really really want to get this done this time around. The more time I waste with half ass attempts the longer I wait to get other things done in my life. I NEED TO GET THIS DONE NOW and MOVE ON! Therefore I want to organize a group of people with the same motivation, the same feeling that they know that they really want to lose weight, really want to gain self-confidence, and to say that this time will be it.

I say If we all get on the same mindset and have this group to support our attempts we will support each other on the emotional level to stick with it this time around. Come on guys, we can't continue living with this dead weight and those thoughts of longing and wishing that one day a miracle will happen and you will snap out and get it done. Together we can do it.

For those of you interested please leave your story. How long you have been battling with these feeble attempts, What your current shape is, What you want your shape to be, and How you feel your life will change if you get this done now. I believe answering these questions is important for you to look deep inside and realize things that need to be realized so take your time and really think deeply...

As for me I am going to start now. Today, even though I have an emorous headache from not sleeping well, I am going to go out for a jog for 30 minutes. Then, do one set of abs, squats and jumps with weights. Instead of doing multiple sets I am going to do just one and go for as long as I can (its a psychlogical thing)

I will be updating this every day with progress reports and such. Also I really hope that others of you will read this post and get motivated to join. It will really help me and everyone else who's looking to lose weight to have others on that support stand cheering each other on...

Good luck!

It's not hard man, the obstacles that most people get stuck on are knowledge and faith. 95% of people truly don't know how to work out and eat right to get the body they want, and of the other 5%, 95% don't have the faith to stick to their plan for a length of time that would see them change. Usually people(including me) try an eating plan for awhile and say "Hey this isn't working, it must be wrong" and go back to old habits, rather than just adjusting and tweaking the eating plan.

Your best first step is to acquaint yourself with the inside of a gym, and the local track.

Your best second step is to learn how to control your insulin levels so the food you eat doesn't get stored as body fat. Research the Anabolic Diet.

As above, your best third step is to have faith in whatever decisions you make and have the fortitude to stick to your guns for 3-6 months until you start seeing real changes. Once you find out what your body responds to best, it's easy, but for now it's all trial and error.

So its been day two of my ~90 day plan to get in great shape.

Today I had a small bowl of rice and curry for breakfast; rice, veggies, lil fried beef, and soup for lunch, and a pretty big dinner. My coworkers and i had dinner with my bosses at this fancy sushi place and shiiit i couldnt pass up the opportunity to gorge on some albalone and swordfishh yumyum :))

ANyway I didn't have much time today cuz of studying and work so I ended up having a lil workout session when I got back home around 8.

Grip- 91 left/64 right
Jumps- 20
situps- 64
a lil shadowing for about 20 minutes for cardio

all in all it was a good day. I think tommorow I should pump in a lil more cardio and a lil less calories...well see how it goes!

ps I think Ill give my old friend pull up bar a visit after work

in general, breakfast should be your largest meal and dinner your smallest, I understand this was a night out but it shouldn't become the norm.

dinner the smallest ??? My breakfast and dinners are my largest meals of the day... Why wouldn't someone want to load up on as much protein and fat before bedtime ??

(besides the nightmares I get from all the protein)

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

saying dinner should be the smallest is general advice for the 'casual' guy trying to lose weight - metabolic demands are low during sleep so there's no need to load up on food before you sleep. more serious people who train in the evening will need to eat a big post workout meal for example which might be the last meal before they sleep.

but for the casual guy who's not into weighing or counting anything and who just wants to get in good shape, it's easier to say 'have a small(er) dinner'.
