My Legs are killing me!!!

Everytime I play basketball or do something active, I get a painful feeling in my lower legs. I have no clue whats causing this to happen. It is hard to explain the feeling, should I give my legs a good workout everyday, or let them rest?

Does it usually occur when you run? It may be shin splints.

I get that s**t when i walk for a long distance or jump around alot.

Get some Cushioned Trainers for Example Nike shoks or some basket ball ones wotever

They will support your whole leg and you will feel less pain to ur legs.

I have Nike shoks and they work fine Except Ive ruined Them :D
