"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hey all!

Welcome to reading my personal journal of self-improvement and growth.
I'll tell you from the start, I won't be updating daily, and I'm not able to
offer you any lifechanging advice, not at this point at least. I'm wouldn't say I'm an AFC, but extremely close to one.

This journal is about my personal improvement in many aspects (but as this is a social forum I'll of course concentrate on that aspect). Why I'm posting this thread up here, is mainly for me to have something that keeps me on the right track, if you know what I mean. I've tried completing the DJ Bootcamps a few times earlier, but I've always failed to complete the tasks after the first week.

So basically I need a kick in the ass from you guys so that I'll actually stop procrastinating and actually get something done on this front! Maybe in a year or so, I've enlightened enough that I can actually help you guys with your problems, and give back something to this great community! :D

But enough with the wall of text, I'll put up some facts about me:

- I live in Finland, I'm 20, and I'm starting university, majoring in economics.
- I'm one of those people that tend to read and soak up information about stuff like a sponge, but I admit I have trouble going out and practicing this. This is my biggest problem at the moment.
- In clubs, I've become a bit better at talking to girls, but I still need alcohol to give me some extra courage or something. Outside of clubs.. No way.

So, to copy NorwegianDJ:s template a bit:

My goals at the moment are:
1. Become a natural with women
2. Become good enough at DJ:ing (music) to get gigs
3. Get good grades at Uni
4. Become a social god!
5. Gain muscle
6. Become an early riser

How am I gonna achieve them:
1. First: DJBootcamp. After that, don't know.
2. Spin some records at least 1 h/day
3. Concentrate on lectures, study effectively
4. Go to parties, go meet people, mingle. Don't be afraid to talk to anyone!
5. Go to the gym regularly. Eat well.
6. By waking up early...duh :)

Aaight, gimme your feedback, and if you feel like flaming/trolling, I need to develop a thick skin anyways, so shoot! :)

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Day 1

Currently watching the blueprint. On the 5th video. It's definitely eye-opening stuff.

I'll start the DJBC again (yet another time...arghh. AverageFRUSTRATEDChump ehh :D) when I get rid of this weird sickness I'm having.
Will continue with my gym routines hopefully soon.

Btw, how many of you guys have done and finished a bootcamp? I searched for bootcamp response, and while the first and second week threads had quite many pages, the ones after that were oddly empty. Maybe people just didn't care about writing responses anymore, even though they did finish the bootcamp?

Ok.

So friday wasn't that interesting, went to a bar with friends. Mingled some. Nothing interesting.

But saturday..
Went to this club in my town where the average age is about 18(or less :D ). I didn't have any bigger problem approaching, or i mean, i didn't go all social god mode and didn't go talk to all the girls in the place. But i did do some approaches.
The problem i noticed I'm Having, is escalating the conversation. I'm pretty lost after approaching what to say or do. Tried kino but didn't lead anywhere..

So i really need your help here guys. What should i do after the initial approach? Help a newbie out :)
