So is Luke, so stereotypes are out of the question.Ahhh, well there ya go. He's a TALL BLACK guy.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
I ain't a tall black guy, I'm a 5'11 (borderline tall), mixed-race guy (not black) with a tanned complexion (not black) and glasses with skinny arms.Desdinova said:So is Luke, so stereotypes are out of the question.
I'm getting the impression that you think this stuff is heavily working against you. Lemme tell you something... I wear goggles too. In my sarging heyday (I'm in a LTR right now), I wasn't fit, In fact, I was 20 lbs heavier than I am now and had a noticeable gut. NONE of that worked against me. Women have preferences, but it won't stop them from liking you anyway. They may make suggestions to make your appearance nicer (different clothes, long/short hair, facial hair, etc) but it won't deter them from wanting to fvck you. As long as you dress decent, groom yourself, and don't smell bad, you won't repel women with your appearance. It's your positive attitude speaking through your body language that will draw them toward you. That's what the naturals have. That's what you need to work on.and glasses with skinny arms.
If he introduces you to a woman, or any person for that matter, speak up, sound firm and confident, and yes make eye contact with whoever you are being introduced to. If she doesnt look at you, comment to your PT "Why doesnt she look at me, is she intimidated" I guarantee if you say that kinda quiet but make sure she hears she will look you in the eyes and most likely reply to what you said to the PT. Don't become "that weird guy with the PT", you can get him to introduce you, but don't go too far, you are there to workout, now if one comes to you then fine, but dont start using this PT as a means to talking to women, or you will be in trouble, when its time for you to sarge alone. Don't go looking for chicks but if they come by greet them confidently and with a smile, if they don't smile back, then its their fault, maybe they in a bad mood or whatever, don't worry about it.Luke Skywalker said:The hb didn't even make eye contact with me, he introduced me to her, but she didn't seem to care.
Make eye contact if she doesn't make eye contact with me. I haven't been getting any looks from women during the Jedi bootcamp, and I'm certainly not even getting them next to the personal trainer, it's like I'm totally invisible.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Damn, Luke, you've got it better than the average guy, use your assets!:yes:Luke Skywalker said:I ain't a tall black guy, I'm a 5'11 (borderline tall), mixed-race guy (not black) with a tanned complexion (not black) and glasses with skinny arms.
Just so you know, bodybuilding training doesn't "end." EverLuke Skywalker said:Well, all I can tell you, is that I have all the motivation that I need to finish my training
LMAO This is why I love this site. Reps for you man lmao.ElChoclo said:Luke, the reason why you are invisible to girls at the gym is because you are using your Klingon cloaking device. Oh sorry, wrong sci-fi fantasy.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Well, technically, if I use this PT, like Espi said, then I'm 'breaking the ice' with allot of women, especially if he's like talking to every hb woman on the gym and they are giving him attention.qweretyuiopas said:Don't become "that weird guy with the PT", you can get him to introduce you, but don't go too far, you are there to workout, now if one comes to you then fine, but dont start using this PT as a means to talking to women, or you will be in trouble, when its time for you to sarge alone.
The name of the gym is 'Players' and it's in TO.DJDamage said:Hey Luke, aren't you north of T.O?!
What gym do you go too?
Asexual shields is just another way of being oblivious to women and sexuality and as a result of being c0ckblocked constantly in my environment through my parents, my spiritual background which I take seriously, and a society where you could end up in jail for sexually harassing someone or touching people. All of these factors contribute to promoting an asexual type of defense since sexuality is associated with trouble. That's that in a nutshell.pooparu said:LMAO This is why I love this site. And luke, I also noticed something else, you said should you keep your asexual shields up? Why do you even POSSESS asexual shields? What is that about? You aren't an asexual creature, so why act like you are one?
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Maybe he is afraid of rejection still.manuva said:The first question that pops into my mind is "why do you possess asexual shields?"
What purpose are they serving you? Why are you afraid to be a man? Why are you afraid to communicate sexual desire?
No, it's Player's Health and Fitness on Wilson ave.manuva said:LMAO its prolly Player_Supreme.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
