B. Destroy self limiting beliefs
C. Gain unshakeable inner confidence
D. Gain perspective everyday
E. Know Myself.


What steps can i take to acheive these?
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

How? Well simply, you do it. Things like working out are great to help build confidence. Get out there and talk to people . . . Listen more than you talk. Gain new perspectives, even if you don't agree with them. Make goals for yourself. Start small, and once you meet those goals then you can move on to something larger. Think about what's really important to you and then go out there and get it.

aaahhh, this will be fun.

A. Lose all self doubts.

This is a tough one. Everyone has them. The best way i've found to elimnate doubts is just to ignore them and going on and doing what you would do if you didn't have the doubt. It really allows you to reach your potential.

B. Destroy self limiting beliefs

Again, re-program your beliefs or associations. Imagine how a totally confident you would view a limiting belief about yourself. The way to achieve this is to get yourself in a confident state and when the belief surfaces in a given situation (which it will), you will begin to know the belief is limiting because you weren't confident. Solution - be more confident - on to C.

C. Gain unshakeable inner confidence

This comes from repeated success. In order to establish self-confidence to attain new goals or successes you want to achieve, imagine as if they have already been accomplished and how you would feel and act. Project this confidence. Breath deep and hold your head high, shoulders square - proud and accomplished. If it helps, imagine you're wearing a cape and an 'S' superman symbol on your chest. It's sounds funny, but works.

D. Gain perspective everyday

Persepective is gained more clearly by doing A-C above. Each new success garners more confidence, like you already knew it was coming anyway, right?

E. Know Myself.

Knowing yourself is to fullfill yourself by the successes afforded to you by doing A-D. It becomes part of your make-up "Think and you shall become". Take it further - "I thought and have now became".
