my gf is mad over something i promised i wouldn't say, but i said it. now she's mad. how do you guys handle the mad, won't let me touch, not really talking, mad gf.

ignoring them for a few days usually does the trick.

no talk, no calls, no nothing. she'll get itchy and come to her senses

well what was it that you promised that you wouldn't say to her, but nevertheless did?

if it was I Love You, that would explain things.

besides, why did you promise her you wouldn't say something? making promises tends to backfire.
