This is fukked but then again I am dating an immature 'girl' 19 years younger than me (I am 40). We've been going out 6 months and live in the same town.

My gf loves internet social networking sites - myspace, blackplanet, etc & etc. She's on those sites banging away on the keyboard every day. 3 weeks ago I hacked her account and saw she was heavily flirting w/ some douchebag several states away. Trading pics and **** like that. So I dumped her and left. She begged and cried over several evenings and said it didn't mean anything, she likes the attention and likes playing guys over the internet. She deleted her account on this particular site. So I got back with her, probationary. We just spent the lasts 3 days together for the holiday and ****ed each others brains out. Had a great time. But when she went home I had a suspicion and checked another site she frequents, and there is the same douchebag in her friends list.

Now here's the deal, when I confronted her earlier she told me she sent the guy an email to never contact her again, she had a bf, yada yada. Without giving all the details, I know that she did not do this and has been emailing and talking to this guy on the phone since then.

I know that she lied to my face.

Having me and an internet bf ain't gonna work. The lying is totally unacceptable.

I've half a mind to go knock her around, and dump her - again. She tells me she loves me and does this crap behind my back.

How should I put this immature little ho in her place?

This is the new standard practice for women, they think its acceptable that they have a surrogate b/f on the side as long as they don't fvck them (but as soon as they get tired of you) she'll dump you for him.

Its time to dump her for good, then completely cut her off. I've seen this happen first hand multiple times, my current mate thinks she can send txts to a guy wanting to suck his c0ck and thinks its ok as long as she never sees him in person.

The best bet is to make a complete break. Ignore her, completely cut contact. I however am going to exact revenge, not because this girl has done anything to me, just because I've seen it over and over again with multiple women and I feel like I've got to fight back on behalf of our gender

since you've already played the AFC card and she hasn't left, i suggest you pretend like nothing happened and go back to dating / f*cking her.

Look at your situation as it really is, an opportunity for meaningless sex and nothing more. It makes little sense to get angry about it if it's the situation you choose to be in.

Not all those women had six-packs but what if they did? We aren't talking about Herculian women per se, just women who are fit and toned. That pudgy soft stuff is alright for some guys but understand what goes along with it.

Gravity is against him, thus the reason why so many guys want to go for nubile teenie-boppers, they don't have all that extra softness that will eventually hang (at least they didn't many years ago). Plus you won't necessarily hear fit women worry and ask you if a dress or pair of jeans makes their @ss look big. C'mon, if they have a fat @ss, it doesn't matter what they wear.

Plus their attitudes are usually so much better. Confident, focused, straight up about what they want. None of this media driven fear and uncertaincy which come out as tests that WE have to put up with.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but has anyone ever worked out with a woman who was an athlete? I'm not talking about 30 minutes on an elipical either. I'm talking about circuit or HIIT training, going out for a 30 mile bike ride, you making sure she is keeping her form while doing kickbacks so that she won't get those "granny sags" which comes with softness. Even just watching them contort themselves while doing yoga or pilates. That is some sexy sh1t and I would rather hang out with them doing those things instead of hanging out at malls or whatever those soft people do.

I didn't really recognize any of this until after I really started caring about living a healthy lifestyle. It seems that if you personally make the effort to keep yourself fit you tend to really appreciate women who put forth the effort to keep themselves tight and healthy. And then when you're out together at a club on the dancefloor cutting it up with all the softies looking at 'ya, it's a real boost. Yeah, I'll take a six pack over granny arms, muffin tops and cellulite without a second thought.

im not in good enough shape to really go after chics as fit as that. nor do i have the level of fitness to keep up with them yet.

although im getting there

one good thing about fit chics, as i dated one once, is that they are easy to move around in the sac. all you gotta do is motion in one direction and BOING they bounce into position lickity split.

as opposed to normal women, where you gotta think to yourself 'do i really feel like lugging half her body weight to get her into position x'

i also dated a chic (not very muscular) who was very slim and ultra flexible from years of yoga - all i can say is guys, if you meet an attractive chic who is a yoga buff, get a piece of that action.

im half tempted lately to join a yoga class just to get another round in with a woman who is highly yoga fit.
