So, today I've found out that I have a chance to get into Real Estate Finance and Property via Masters Degree after a foundation degree I'm finishing. This is good news for me to gain entry into something like this, because the rewards after look prosperous. I've been miserable with contemplating on what I should do with my life for atleast 4 years now. I'm 22-years-old. I finally have a chance to get my foot in the door, it's going to be a hell of a lot of work and about 4-5 years rigourous training in total.
One of the biggest things for me though, is the fact that I think this line of work will change who I am. Yes it will change me for the better in the long run, but with the amount of work and type of work that I'm doing, I think my party Heypachuco Days are over. I remember Travis Barker said, he got so many tattoos because he wanted to stick at what he was doing (which was music) and not be able to get a normal job. I like tattoos and I'm the type of guy to get loads, like seriously LOADS if I didnt have this buisness opportunity. I like partying aswell and I have a hunch that my whole demeanor will simply vanish or become doormant, including with girls.
I don't want to become a straight -nerd and look back at 30-something yrs old and write threads on here. Right now I have the golden eye, I just think that with this line of work - Eventually, gaming women, partying and being a socially aware male will be unimportant and I'll forget the principles.
