Dude quit being such a tool and speak up. If this bastard is talking ish then confront him in front of everyone, expose him for his devious verbal behavior. Theres no other way unless you want to just ignore it and put up a fake a$$ front to him, which would make you his equivalent considering thats what he is doing to you.

If I were you I would just feed a lot of bs info to him. Nothing important or sensitive.
Continue using him as a partner to picking up chicks, if no one else will go to the clubs with you until you can find someone else. Or confront him and probably see he's a little *****.
If he keeps talking behind your back he must be getting a positive response from it, I would re-evaluate your group of "friends"

fvck that, why put up with people talking sh*t? Next time you see him, walk straight up to him, tell him if he wants to talk sh*t he better say it to your face, and if he doesn't have the balls, crush him.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

hmmm...didn't really get to read the post cuz it was mysteriously deleted, but seeing as i have friends on this site who did read it and were able to fill me in, i think that the answer to this is easy.
if you cant trust your friend enough to ask them about something, or anything for that matter, than either you are too immature and fake yourself to have that neccessary "uncomfortable conversation"

its simple. remember, "FRIEND", that sometimes the only way a person can give their own self meaning is to demean another. i wonder who it is in this case.
