I guess this being my first post would be a great way to start..

Names Jeremy, been working on my fitness for nearly a year now, started off weighting around 386 and 50 waist.. now im 245 with a 36-38 waist. and a lot more confident.

All from proper diet and exercise. If your really interested in my techniques just ask and I will post them up.

amazing progress man, post up some stuff about the diet you were following and cardio you were doing.

really it was 6 smaller meals a day, from grilled chicken to whole wheat pasta, turkey and cheese subs on whole wheat, sugar free jello, and sugar free pudding. steaks on friday and used turkey meat for normal stuff id use ground beef for..

cardio was about 30-45 mins a day, the big thing was weight training. hitting all the muscles 6 days a week

I see the resemblence, but I think DL is more accurate. Thats cool that you can look back on it and laugh about it.

yea. when ur the root of the problem all you can do is change it and look back and laugh..

my life is WAY different know..

Its weird having women come up to me.. thats a new one for me

my current workout scheduel goes as such:

Monday : Chest and Triceps
Tuesday : Spartan Training
Wednesday : Back and Biceps
Thursday : Spartan Training
Friday : BREAK
Saturday : Shoulders and Legs
Sunday : Spartan Training

Spartan Training Includes the following done twice:

* 10 pull-ups
30 seconds
* 20 dead lifts
30 seconds
* 20 push-ups
30 seconds
* 20 jumps onto a 24-inch box
30 seconds
* 20 floor wipers
30 seconds
* 20 single arm clean-and-presses using a 36-pound kettlebell
30 seconds
* 10 pull-ups
