Hello my fellow DJs! Just wanted to take some time to introduce myself. I first discovered SoSuave in 2014, and after reading many, many articles on here, I figured it was time to see what the forums were all about. All I can say is, I'm definitely going to be here for the long run. Can't believe I didn't take a look in here sooner! I feel like I've missed out on so much, but whatever. Better late than never huh? Anyways, here's a little something about me:
I’ve never had a girlfriend. I got zero game (maybe some?). I've had girls approach me. I've been given signals. I've been in several situations where I could've gotten the girl, but I get too nervous and end up messing things up by showering them with attention and being the "nice guy" that I am. I know I'm good looking, well groomed, tall, slim, muscular, but I always, ALWAYS, say the wrong things OR don’t take the chance when it’s right in my face. And when I don’t take the chances, I always beat myself up after realizing that all I had to do was say this or do that. I’m not a very good conversationalist when it comes to people I barely know, especially with women (this seems to be my #1 problem). I don’t hold up my end, and I usually end the convo with a grunt or a fake (nervous?) laugh. I get this nervous, edgy feeling around me that’s kind of hard to shake off. However, ever since finding this site, and thanks to all of you here on SoSuave with your endless tips and advice, I’ve gotten a bit more confident. I’m 21, still single and always have been, never hooked up with a girl, but this doesn’t bother me as much as it used to. There’s so much room for improvement and I’m excited to learn!
