"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

on the weekends i work at a shopping centre, I work in a area of the centre, where they have all the fast food restaurant, and all the different restaurants share the same staff room for our breaks.

I went on my lunchbreak and saw a gurl (worked at a different resstaurant than me) abt a 7 sat in the staff room by her self. I decided i wud take a walk outside, have a smoke first then go back in and talk to her. Any way, I walked back in and she was just sat there starring down at the table. So i decided that a ok opener wud b just to say "u look bored, you ok?", she seemed quite responsive, but i cudnt think of anythin to talk to her abt except for:

"how long you bin workin here"
"what time did u start and finish today"
"do you go college what do you do"
"whats ur name"

etc etc etc all them lame ass questions, she was responsive but i felt the sh(i)t i was askin her abt was stupid and pointless..

I didnt both goin for a number close as i felt i didnt build enough rapport and i'll most probably see her again

any advice?

b easy on me im a newbie

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

What game are you playing with her? 20 questions???

You want her to FEEL, not think. Don't ask her **** like where you work. You started out fine as long as you don't put a Jesus-face "I will help you my poor child" thing on. You look bored, make light c&f. Ask how's her day, make fun of stupid bosses, etc.

So.....next time dispense with the details questions.
