"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

All this pre-story is buildup to the "wtf: is this b!tch whack or what?" response I hope you all give me.

April 21st: Moderately drunk my friends from another school and I (5 girls, 5 guys) go to the gas station to go pick up more beer prior to our bonfire. I roll up and see this cute brunette pumping gas in the next lane over and behind. I eye-flirt with her abit, smile and before I can even get out of my car to go buy more beer one of the girls in my group dashes out of the other car and greets this hott brunette. I get out, tell her azz shes coming to the bonfire, and then I go buy beer.
She only took 2 minutes worth the convincing to come along. She rides with the girls, who being some of my best friends they hook it up and make me look like a king. At the bonfire I spit it, keeping away slightly at the beginning of the night jsut doing random entertaining ****. I started the fire form nothing, and later i made a log on fire into a light-saber haha.
Sit down next to her on a log, chat it up abit, wrap my arm around her, u know keep the kino up. Shes leaving early: "I'm so glad we met, it was nice meeting you!" said that to me, and told the girls that after they left with her.

April 27th: Friday afternoon date, already feeling good since I finally got my prom date (diff girl) but in the course of the last week shes discovered that one of her best female friends who goes to MY school, I used to hook up with and it ended really badly lol. Girl prob talked sh!t about me "using her" or something. pshhhhhhhh haha.
Date goes SO smooth, not a moment of silence. have her gigglin abit. I swear I've never felt so violated by a pair of eyes, that girl was raping me mentally. Or so I thought. We're leaving, she bumps into to some old frineds but cant chat cause shes got a soccer game soon. Rush her home, she spends the majority of the time int he car texting her old friends. :nono:
Drop her off, hug her and apparently my lips MIGHT have brushed her neck, she told people I kissed her neck. I dont do that unless I'm drunk/dating. but her lips DID brush my cheek.

I'm too forward it seems. Didnt respond to my text that night saying i ahd a lot fo fun and hoped to see her azz again, nor called back after I called April 29th.
I'm over it all...but wtf?
can anyone tell me what I did wrong? Where I need to improve? Cause man..i was actually going to kiss her goodbye if she made eye-contact after the hug, but she didnt...?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Well I'm confused as to who knows who, the prom date knows the brunette as gas station?

Anyway, the important thing is, this goes throughout life,

"Don't burn your bridges"

That way you make less enemies in life, have more connections, and more people to say good things about you. Just from what it sounds you did fine, and remember, this is just a temporary set back in life, there will be plenty of success in the future, don't dwell on it too much man.

If you feel comfortable about this, try asking her what her friend said about you, i.e., confront her. Then demonstate that whatever bad was said by you is not true through your actions, don't do it by words.

Hope that helped.

nah I hooked up with this now-junior girl 2 years ago, made her cry a few times. I dont honestly remember eveyr single time why she cried, but once was cause I refused to hook up with her while she had a boyfriend.
and i told her to go fvck herself when she made up rumors that my ex-gf was cheating on me.

and the gas-girl ignored my text n call, so she has no interest in talking to me. She told people i kissed her neck, and since i told people she kissed my cheek[when it turns out she probably did it by accident] she prob thinks i'm a liar. lol.

true true, i try not to burn bridges. I honestly am not on bad terms with any girls from my past except her. what a fvcking coincidence eh?lol
thanks bro.
