My budget workout

Here is my workout:


Day 1: Deadlifts 30 Lb , 8 Sets

Day 2: Bench Press 30 Lb, 10 sets

Day 3: Cuban Press 30Lb 3 Sets + Bicept/Tricept/Trapezius exercise (on a rotor, changing every week)

This I know isn't very efficient. I am 110pounds at the moment but would like to increase.

I followed A-Unit's advice to do those heavy lifts but I had to scrap doing Squats since 30lb is simply too light and it just seemed way too easy.
Yes thats right, I have only 30lbs worth of weights, bit of a joke really but until I go back to university and get my loan installment I couldn't possibly afford any more weights/gym visits, it's completely out of the question!

So with a bit of adaption thats what I came up with. Deadlifts seem a little easy but they still seem to put the strain on my back. Whilst Benching used to be a bit of a challenge a few weeks ago but now I can achieve around 16 reps on average which is bit too much.

So:

>Shall I change my back exercise to single arm rows? These seemed harder to me.
>Shall I put squats back in anyway or do another leg activity?
>Shall I consider a different chest exercise?

You might as well invest in future back surgery if you're doing 8 sets of deadlifts. Even worse, you will most likely lose weight with this "budget workout." It's more of a cardiovascular workout than anything.

Get some more weights. Money shouldn't be a problem, as I've bought 215 lb weight sets for $15. Keep your sets to below 4 and raise your weight considerably. There's probably a plethora more information you should be informed about, but putting some more weight on is a start.

Nothing wrong with deadlifts, as long as you are using good form. In fact if you are using good form then you will strengthen your back. The rest I agree with.

Fair play only problem is buying weights seems a bit pointless when im going off to Wales to Uni in less then a month but I guess it could be useful when I come back during summer break.

So instead of 8 sets of deadlifts i'd do 4 sets of that then switch to another back exercise? 4 Sets takes no time at all.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Deadlifts are the best exercise you can do for your back. Doing 8 sets of deadlifts each workout though, is not very good for, as no one has perfect form.
