"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hi, I started thursday too. You better work hard to keep pace! I'm going to have to be repeating myself as I've already managed 35 hi's to date!

I don't go out much during the week so I'm trying to make up my numbers during the weekend stint.

How are you getting on btw?

week 1 day 1, 2, 3, 4

I'll start with a bit about myself. I'm 19 and am finishing my first year at county college. I found this site at the end of '03 when i was looking for dating advice. I read a few tips and articles, but didnt really pick up on the concepts. Then, after blowing my chances with an incredible girl, i read the whole dj bible at the end of '04. i had the realizations that most of you have when you read it (youknow the ones where you go, "Man i was SUCH an AFC back then.") Anyways, now i feel i understand things much better, its just hard putting that knowledge into action, which is why ive decided to do this bootcamp

Day 1: since today was my nineteenth birthday, i thought it would be a great day to start a lifechanging thing life bootcamp. didnt have time to start the exercises, but read all the articles.

Day 2: Ok, this is MUCH harder than i thought it would be. I went to a few local stores to try the eye contact/hello thing. But it seemed like no one wanted to make eye contact with me! And i felt stupid saying hi to strangers who werent looking at me. Only did one hi, to some middle aged lady who was getting into her car next to me. yeah i know, really pathetic. total number of hi's: 1

Day 3: Today went much better. i started out determined that i didnt care if i got blown off or looked like a weirdo. Got blown off on the first couple hi's but none after that. it seems im ok with eyecontact/hello to people much older than me but not people close to my own age. tommorow, ill try to focus more on people close to my age group.
total number of hi's: 10. yeah i know not great but better than yesterday.

Day 4: got in a fight with my parents over my messy room and they took away the car. spent the whole day cleaning. will go out tommorow.

total number of hi's: 10

Day 1,2,3,4,5

A bit about me. I'm 20 years old and am a junior at a university in seattle. I am doing this beacuse i used to be pretty good withthe girl thing but then i got a girlfriend i've been with for about a year now and feel like my skills or now lack there of are getting rusty. So far i have had about 40 eye contacts and 20 hi's. Ii've never had trouble with these kinds of things but i am expecting my comfort to drop quickly.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Week 2

I'm starting week two also. You guys are lucky as I'm about 5 years older than you. If you think it will get easier in time without intervention, you're wrong.

Don't bail out please guys. I want to see you guys kick ass in life. If you quit this now, you'll never learn to push forward in any other areas of life either. This is a do or die situation. You're also welcome to follow my progress in the other current bootcamp thread.

The pain from NOT doing the bootcamp will be much worse than the pain associated WITH doing the bootcamp. How much will it costs you if you do it? At most, you'll be uncomfortable for 2 or 3 days out of 8 weeks. If you DON"T do it the cost is much, much higher. A lifetime of suffering, misery, and depression. It's up to us fellas. Our parents, the government, and women will all turn their backs on us and watch us suffer. Unless we do this right here and now, no one is ever going to want to hear our **** because we have no balls if we quit.

You'll find that most people don't make eye contact in random public places and when they do it won’t last for more than a few seconds if you keep staring at them. At least that's my experience working in Downtown Boston.

And I felt stupid saying hi to strangers who weren’t looking at me. Only did one hi, to some middle aged lady who was getting into her car next to me. yeah i know, really pathetic. total number of hi's: 1
It’s a really unexpected thing to do. Meaning, depending on where you live people will have a whole wide range of odd reactions to it depending on the situation. And it’s fvcking hilarious sometimes! You should have at least 1 or 2 funny stories after doing this, I guarantee.

Honestly. Who cares! Have fun with it. Think of it as a game not as this terrible thing you have to do every day. I say this because once you get to 100 hi’s or whatever you’ll laugh at how easy it was and wonder why the hell you didn’t just do it sooner. You feel like a million bucks for improving yourself and upping your confidence every time you make progress.

And DUDE, what the hell are you doing thinking that “1 Hi is pathetic”?

1 Hi is one more than you had the balls to do yesterday. You should be proud of it. Keep it up man.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
