"Blank Mind on Dates? She's Dropping Hints You Keep Missing"

The plates get cleared and the silence lands like a brick. You can feel her waiting. Your brain offers up your commute, your job, the weather — topics that have ended more second dates than bad breath.

Here's what most guys never learn: women hand out free conversational material all night long. Tiny clues about what they actually want to discuss. Catch them and you never run out of things to say — because she's telling you what to say next.

Rule 4 of the "22 Rules" trains your ear to catch every single one.

My AFC mate, hes pretty cool person, but hes the biggest drop nutz to approach chicks. Hes had a few gfs before and did cheat on one of them. He is a bit of a sissy but has a good personality. Well the chick that he likes now his gf he invites her to his party. And at the end of the party gives her a little poem on how much he loves her.She first says that she wasnt ready for a relationship. But he tells her that he doesnt mind waiting till she is. And a couple of days later she texts him saying she will go out with him:confused:

Now they have been going out for 5 months, he calls her and talks to her everyday. He doesnt kiss her ass and does have his own opinions on things, always takes the piss out of her but does compliment her as well. N she really likes him too, like shes being writing him love letters n is thinking of marraige. He said he is still thinking about it.

My question is can u be masculine person like kinda dominant and aggressive but still be a that romantic sweet guy?Like be a man and still get really close to a chick n not falling into the friendszone?

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Not everything has to be 'stick it in her a$$' -- surprisingly two people can get along, and romance (the right amount of it) just sweetens the deal.

Aside from how he became her bf (wrote her that letter) and cheating on a gf, I don't see anything there that I wouldn't do, and obviously I'm no AFC. What the heck does being a "drop nutz" mean though?

He seems overly romantic with this girl and she seems to dig it. You say he's an AFC yet you only see some of the stuff he's doing with her.

He's not AFC. He knows what he's doing.

Now, to your question which doesn't parallel with your friend's story. You can only achieve this through experiences with girls. Pretending to act macho doesn't equal to truly macho guys.

I agree with DJ_Dork. The chick seems like a good person, and I think he's playing his game well. You have to understand that he knows this girl better than you do. With this woman, it may have been appropriate to show attraction right away.

ppl need to keep in mind that AFC's can get chicks to.

DJ's can get chicks even better, while not giving a ****. this guy did the whole poem thing, and waited. while a DJ would have gone to the next girl on the list(probly wouldnt have to do this anyway) and find someone else to ring up.

thats what makes a DJ so great.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
People are so quick to label someone "AFC" because they don't use the "DJ techniques". It's all about attitude, though. You can give her flowers and poetry in a MANLY way. It's not something I would recommend for someone who's always struggled with being masculine in front of women, because they don't have what it takes to pull it off. But some people are just naturally talented with it.

I think that if we all took a look at his behavior and the WAY he does things instead of just what he does, we'd see a different side than what you're projecting.

Probably because he actually stepped up like a man should. Doesn't matter if he is a chump over women. They still like a fool who steps up vs one who sit's in the background lusting.

Closed mouths don't get fed.
