Rule #1 - Selecting a quality Girlfriend.

What do you desire in a girlfriend?
Ask yourself that, and settle for nothing less.

Keep in mind compatibility and common passions.

Rule #2 - Do things from a place of security

What I mean is do things for her because you genuinely care.

Do not do things for her to gain her acceptance and approval, this comes from a place of insecurity and nothing is more unattractive to a women.

Rule #3 - Lasting Attraction

This has been mentioned countless times.

Women want to feel feminine and for them to really feel feminine, they must be in the presence of a masculine man.. That display masculine traits.

By being dominant a women will naturally fall into the submissive role.

Rule #4 - Traits of an attractive man

Be a leader : Women naturally want to be taken by the hand and shown the way.

Be Decisive : Be confident in your plans and ideas.

Self assured : Don't look for approval from your girlfriend or anyone for that matter.

Self-controlled : This has to do with being mature and women want a mature man. (Don't arouse to anger quickly)

Modest : Don't Brag.

Approval Giving : Approval is like currency if you don't spend it, it's like having none. If you have no value, you cannot give it away.

Be ambitious!

Rule #5 - Relationship Killers

Approval seeking behaviour

Controlling behaviour

Jealousy

Clinginess

Arguing - A mature man should be above this.

Isolation

Rule #6 - Setting boundaries

Everyone has there own boundaries and these should be set at the very begging of the relationship.

She is free to cross them at any time. But you should deal with it appropriately.

...

That was just a few things I thought would keep a relationship going.

Please feel free to add your own.

Yeah, totally agreed.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Most women can't cvm with just dvck, but they want to do so, and can learn to do so, most of the time, if you will take the trouble. While you may have the time or want to take the time, at first, to devote an hour or more to each session, many of us, at least a lot of the time, dont want to bother that much, that long.Including a vibrator into foreplay can be a huge help, time wise. Saving 200 hours per year, for say,10 years (along with knowing what to do with those hours to make them productive) can lead to having all the free time you want, after about, age 30.
