There is a really easy wa yo get a six pack..i dont really excersize that much...probably about once a week but that isn't concentrated on my abs...all you have to do is eat right and do a few sit-ups a day and you will have a good six pack.

Their is no secret..like everyone else said.. lose bodyfat and you'll get a six pack. But you should train ur abs like any other muscle, not ever day like everyone does..(newbies) i train my abs 1 time a week and do 3 sets of slow crunches..simple anough!
