"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

First up, congrats, I know how hard cutting a girl out can be.

Do you have anything of hers around your place that you've conveniently 'forgotten' to throw away? Letters, notes, monogrammed towels, that kind of stuff. If you do, gather it all up, get the marshmallows out and have yourself a nice bonfire.
Unless it's an iPad... keep that :)

Lol I deleted everything of hers... I changed my mobile number... I changed my email adress..

She sent me 3 hand written letters in a desprate attempt to hoover me back into the toxic cycle.. I tore them up without reading.

She even got her 9 year old daughter to write to me, in the hope, that I will soften my stance and get sucked back in.. again I threw the letter away..

Only 2 months ago, she found me on pof... and proceeded to send me messages on there. .

I deleted 22 unread messages that she sent on pof... then she found me on another dating site, and i quickly removed myself from that site...

Even tho she dumped me nearly one year ago... atleast 5 months of that year, she has been hounding me down in some way or another.

I guess the grass wasn't greener on the other side after all

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

It's like they give us a gift to excel after they leave... I've never did this good with life.
This right here.

If there ever were an advantage to taking rejecting poorly (within the context of a LTR), it's this. If carried out properly, the momentum following a vicious break up can likely outdo any motivational speech, book, blog posting, video, or pep talk by a friend/relative. I'm about a month deep into the whole no contact thing, but a part of me wants to see pics of her having a great time, moving on, enjoying life without me, because the sting translates into pure leverage. I haven't felt this driven in years, which is a bit ironic because when I was with her I felt brain dead.

Mine gave me something called the borderline gift. Now that the fog has lifted and I know it wasn't my fault I'm plowing thru my emotions and excelling professionally. Yeah I have my bad days but who wouldn't after having your soon to be wife and daughter suddenly disappear..

My heart goes out to you man. Wish you the best. I dealt with a BPD a few years back. Should have seen the neon-lit warning signs on the wall: bounced around the country alone, hated her Father, going for a PhD in Psychology... Scary as sh*t when she jumped several gears and went from sweet little subdued Georgia gal to vocal-chord shattering psycho. I mean the chick blew up on me with all she had for not coddling her and not "trying hard enough" when she was having a bad day and couldn't verbalize why after I probed a few times - this all after just over a month of dating. She literally couldn't tell me what was troubling her, only shrugged and continued to pout in silence. Truly a child locked up in a woman's body.
