When should I take multivitamins.In the morning,evening, with a meal ,should I break it in two a drink it 2x a day..?

Very important. Not necessarily for BB sake. But for general health, by taking the multivitamin your body is getting all the vitamins it needs throughout the day and it will help your immune system fight off sickness which is definitely a good thing.
