"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

So I've been getting called Mr Facebook recently by some of my friends at Uni. I'm pretty happy about it because you know, they seem to think I know everyone and it gives me social proof. For example we went to a house party in the student village, spur of the moment stuff earlier this week, only got an invite through a girl who knew the girl who's birthday it was. Anyways we got there not knowing anyone, but as the party went on/got busy, I started seeing loads of people I recognised and so I said hello. My mates were all watching in some sort of disbelief because it eventually turned out I knew almost half the party, and the only people they knew, I already knew. One of my mates started calling me Mr Facebook, and the name has stuck.

Now I know that knowing all of these people is great, but I'm not convinced yet. I'm still just seen as a 'friend' which is something I'm trying to work on, but I'm just worried that with all these people knowing me as the friendly guy who knows loads and loads of people, I'm going to be seen as the village 'nice guy' which to be fair would suck. As much as I hate to admit it I'm kinda already seen this way in my block, but I know I'm slowly changing all their opinions on nights out having got with a good 8-9 girls recently.

The advice I guess I'm asking for is what to do? Should I keep going with the friendly approach and making friends or do I need to start being more sexual in my approaches and if so how can I do this whilst still being friendly?? The only time I'm sexual is when I'm drunk and normally I've already met the person sober if I see them on a night out.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can give

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I have a friend who is great at this, all the girls know hes a player but hes so nice and charming to them, he does very well.

I learnt a lot from watching him and the key is to have covert as opposed to overt relationships with the girls. The key is the covert side of your friendship, the small chitchat should have a untone to it. Like when ive spoken to a girl ive already been with but no one else knows about, there's a sexual tension there which not many people can pick up on. You need to tap into that sub level of communication. This is where the eye contact and body language stuff come into play because whilst you know everyone there, you might just be friends with all of them. This is a start but that alone wont get you laid, the step from "friend" to more than friends isnt as big as people make it out to be in larger social circles. Usually in a social circle, especially where you know the majority of the girls, one of them will secretly have a crush on you...you have to identify and exploit that because once one of them sees you in a sexual context, more of them will and you will have access to more girls.

At uni this is key because there is less social stigma if a girl gets with a guy at uni because its the done thing. However, you dont want to become a sleazy guy who just tries to get with all the girls in his friendship group but instead just have a sexual vibe about yourself, one can be sexual not by their words but by the way they carry themselves...the lingering glances, the gentle touch of a hand, the pausing mid sentence.

Look at American Pie, its the Finch Effect, they hear a story and all the girls want a piece...girls love gossip and drama, be the gossip and drama and there's more attraction. The vibe is so so so key, with a great vibe you can do whatever you want. Listen to Russell Brand, hes got such a great vibe, women know hes a womaniser but they cant help but be lured into his little web.

Ok, thanks for the advice Mr Wright. I see what your getting at with the covert as opposed to overt relations, I'll give it a try and see what happens.

Also how hard is it to change this view of 'nice/friendly guy' amongst friends? I'm guessing it's guna take quite a while, with all of them having to see me more sexual frequently

There's nothing wrong with being a nice guy as long as you're not a "nice guy". You can be friendly without putting the women up on pedestals and acting subservient to them.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Ok, so I take it by that Zerro you mean being more of a nice/good guy as opposed to the traditional sense of the nice guy yea?
