One movie called "battle royal" a japanese production, I wouldn't consider very good. But it's the most shocking I have seen in years. I really enjoyed watching it.

I found the scene were one student kept talking while the instructor was instructing, and was shut up by the instructor, who threw a knife in the head of that particular student pretty shocking. But indeed most of the movie I was laughing. I hear there is a 2nd part.

We had a thread just like this one a while back and I listed a bunch of stuff there. Anyways, I just checked out the movie "Hero" starring Jet Li last night. I loved it. "Blind Swordsman: Zatoichi" was also a great movie.

True Lies is my absolute fav movie of all time, the whole blending of the plots and the combo of action/comedy.... i watch that thing weekly and never get tired of it (and thats rare b/c I have a pretty short attention span)
