Only apologize if you've really hurt someone or done something wrong. Do not apologize just to end an argument or placate someone. She is extracting power from you with every one of these nonsense encounters. She's chipping away at your mountain with her chisel, and if you let her keep going you will eventually be standing in nothing but rubble. Don't stoop to her level, and if she continues the same behavior once you've exhibited you won't play her game, its time to move along.
