Most of the DJs know this but here's another pointer from Jerry Seinfeld

Jerry was telling an analogy about robbing a bank to getting a date over the phone and not dangling on a conversation after.

Jerry said to George, "Just like robbing a bank. You don't loiter around with a big bag of cash of money...You have to get out!"

Meaning after sealing a deal (date), terminate the call by saying good bye before you say something stupid.

there was another seinfeld (maybe same one?) where george was making all these funny remarks at work and everyone was laughing, but then he'd say somethign stupid and ruin it all. jerry told him to leave as soon as he said something really funny and then everyone would give him props
