“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

In my opinion what this whole dj comes down to the simple phrase... Here and Now. When a guy obsesses about a girl his mind is always with her night and day. When he gets cheated on he places his thoughts with the past. When he sees a girl at a bar but waits 10 minutes to approach his mind is in the future. If you have had awful experiences and luck with women then your mind is in the past telling you because you have always failed you always will fail.

However... When you are in the moment you are living in the natural ebb and flow. You say the rights things, move at the perfect pace, and are focused only on this moment. A girl rejects you and you move on and don't linger. That is why meeting strangers commands so much attention.

Anyway just my thoughts. If anyone agrees then I highly recommend the book A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle.

I totally agree and Eckhart Tolle is a true inspiration.

I wrote a similar thread about this not so long ago, about trying to remain conscious of your actions, composure and acting on your better judgement, rather than getting swept up in those unconscious thoughts, insecurities, paranoia and bad habits.

It's hard to do and I've not mastered this yet, or even come close, but those moments I do are actually really amazing and I feel completely in control.

I agree. Yoga and breath excercises have worked for me. I especially like Tolle's discussion of the "pain body." Maybe why some people insist on drama.
