morning sickness

For some reason, I have a huge gag reflex, and very often, when I rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth, I throw up. Mostly after a couple cups of coffee in the morning, but sometimes, even if i eat breakfast, and wait till 11 am.
There's something about the toothpaste hitting the back of my mouth that makes me hurl. Anyone know why?
