Hey

I get up at 6:00 then what is most suitable to do: Exercise right away or eat breakfast first then exercise?

I want to have a sixpack, so I do abdomen, stomach crunches, and push ups. Do you have any other suggestions?

Work out before you eat anything. You will burn more fat because you don't have to burn all your carbs first.

it depends on what you are trying to do

if you lift early in the mourning then your blood sugar is very low. You will feel tired and not get as much out of your workout if you don't give your body same fuel and time to warm up before you workout.

Eat a high GI carb + fast digesting protein meal before your run. This way you will preserve your hard-earned muscle. Cardio is a tool to increase the calories you expend. Your aim is not to burn fat while doing the cardio. Rather, you should aim to increase your daily calorie defecit, and thus burn fat.
