If you dudes meet a chick and wind up banging her and think you might want to see her again for another fvck session, a little better way rather than just relying on calling or texting and her flaking might be making a game out of taking some property of theirs. Like "pay the toll" where they have to come back when they're ready and "pay the toll" if they want to see it again.

(Panties, gum, or some object.) You can possibly play that angle in texts or future calls holding it 'hostage' for a 'ransom' that they have to pay or meet up for drinks to 'negotiate' its return. ;)
