"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

i made good gains in the last 4months, so normally i should feel better/more confident/horny than before, right! i work out only 2 times a week and each time i do only 3 compound exericeses with 3sets. so only 18sets per week. also im taking off a week every 6weeks or so. in the last 2weeks i felt depressed sometimes....and often very tired and low energetic. also not that horny. i did feel very tired sometimes before the last 2weeks....i thought it was the roaccutane(im off now). but now it has gotten only worse, i have so ****ing low energy. could it be anything other than overtraining? i mean most people would consider my program undertraining and now i haven't worked out for 6days and still feel so tired and not confident. :( what should i do now - stay away from weights till it has gotten better? can i do cardio in the meantime or is this also very bad?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Check your diet, make sure you're eating foods that give you energy.

If you're ONLY lifting weights with no cardio or other exercise, that might have something to do with it.

Try taking some metabolic boosters like Hydroxycut or Xenodrine.

Make sure your getting enough sleep, and that you give yourself time to wake up before you start your day.

There's a million other things it could be, but those are some off the top of my head. One you get that blood pumpin with cardio or HIIT or something rather strenuous, endorphins will be released which combat depression and stress. Long-term cardio is generally better for endorphin production than short-term running.

TheEgghead, thanx for your reply. yes i did almost no cardio and put on 35lbs on my skinny body. im alot faster exhausted while walking etc.....

tomorrow i will start my cutting diet and should i go for a slow jog, good ideat or bad idea? sleep is not the problem i sleep minimum 8hours + 1-2hours resting on the couch during the day. so cardio will increase endorphin levels but what is with testosterone? i have to stop working out and hope it gets better, or?

MY reality
I might be wrong, so somebody please correct me if I am, but I heard somewhere that having more fat in your body will lead to lower testosterone levels. Also, lean muscle mass (cut) will release more testosterone.

Even is that isn't true, once you start doing cardio I think you will be feeling a lot better. I used to be a long-distance runner a few years ago, and I felt more confident back then than I do now...even though I have about 15 more pounds of muscle now than I did then (I haven't started cutting yet).

Your cutting diet probably will enhance the depression/lack of testosterone.

Here's my thoughts:

a) Throw broccoli & cauliflower in your typical daily diet, promotes testosterone

b) eat red meat daily

c) start your ECA stack, should pick you up a bit.

d) Take your ZMA post workout 10 minutes after some dextrose. Your body will absorb more of it, and the zinc will bring your sex drive back up.

e) squat. :)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Are you sure you test levels are low, did you have them checked by a doc?

It could be psychological, sounds simple, but maybe all you need to do is just go out with the guys and have some good laughs.

No don't stop working out. Work out harder. Get a whey protein supplement (they increase anabolic hormone levels--which includes testosterone).

Exactly. Try to drop that fat because fat is rich in aromatase, which is an enzyme that turns testosterone into estrogens.

Sounds good. Just do something. The more you do, the better you'll feel (to an extent...). If you're low on energy, make sure you stay away from low-carb cuttin diets (they'll SAP your energy!). Testosterone stimulates endorphins, so once you get those test. levels up, you'll come out of your depressions and have more energy. Good luck!

ok i'm already feeling a bit better because of jogging and ECA. my testosterone levels are still only medium at highest... but that's normal when you decrease the carb intake significantly. then i will feel great after i've done with cutting. thanks @ all i have taken everything into account, only that i will take some time to regenerate and start my next heavy lifting cycle on sunday. i hope i wont loose muscle in the meantime.
