"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

True... both genders evaluate present sexual market value and evaluate investment in relations over time.

There was talk about interest level declining above, now, it can be discussed that monkey branching by either gender is that effort to "correct" or get relational needs met once again. Especially, if intimacy, communication, and a connection in chemistry has gone astray.

Temptation and forbidden fruit in the garden of Eden is hard to say no to.

We don't stay in relationships that continually make us unhappy, or not happy enough (hint: see infinite options, via social media, exes, orbiters, OLD, frequency of cold approaches). :p

I actually study social dynamics and human romantic interpersonal communication at a research university. Once you start looking at studies and scientific research involving this shít, things start to make sense. You are right.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Monkey Branching:
When a girl already has a boyfriend but she gives her number to guys that she meets and flirts as if she were single. She's basically branching off from her boyfriend and establishing backups.

It seems like the girl never loved the old branch to begin with but most of them do this now. It's selfish and pathetic.

It is one of the most biggest disrespectful things a women can do to anyone. Why is this so acceptable in today's society?
Well, my current girlfriend half-did this behind my back. We jumped in quick and had problems arise very early in the relationship. I made the relationship status on facebook, and she accepted but kept her status hidden on her page. For the first few months, I would spy on her page and notice she would add these random local single guys, Like their pics, etc. A few months in, I spied again and noticed she deleted them AND finally made her relationship status say she was in a relationship with me. So yeah I've experienced half-monkey branching with my current gf but she didn't go through with it. Who knows the real reason though. Whether it's monkey branching or wanting external validation, etc.

No, there's not. Women monkey branch because they have low interest level. That's it. There's nothing else. A woman in love will not leave. She can't. She's in love! That would be a contradiction.
So what would you call it if earlier in the relationship, your girlfriend doesnt make her relationship status visible online and flirts with other random single locals online? But then after a few months she makes the status public? That seems to be the grey area. This is what happened in my current relationship.
