Four years ago I lost around 80lbs of fat through diet and exercise. I used Tony Robbins version of NLP (NAC) with modifications to help me emotionally control my eating. I associate all the "bad foods," with every problem that I've ever had; the good foods were associated with my "future self" or better yet the person I wanted to be, and deserved to be.
Fat people are similar to RAFC's; both suffer from dissonance of some kind. Fat people suffer from physical dissonance: wow Im such a great person, I have a great face, but my physical body contradicts who I really am. The RAFC has a problem reconciling his lamely past identiy with his new found knowledge.
It took a little over a year to lose the weight and I have kept it off. I have a photo journal of my old self, and a written journal as well. I think that I can really help fat females conquer obesity.
My plan is to use my life experience to become a weight loss coach to fatties in my home state. For $50 per month these women have full access to me everyday of the week, and personal meetings twice per month. My target number of clients is 150.
