mole removal creams - do they work?

I have a couple moles I'd love to get rid of, one that's on my shoulder and is kinda big and dark, the other on my upper arm and just looks like a nasty zit. Both are the kind that protrude from the skin, not the kinda that are flat and only a discoloration. They also have at least one hair growing out of each of them. I see stuff online for mole removal creams, like this and this, but I'm skeptical. Can a simple cream really make a mole just fall off and scab over? Will the hair just disappear along with it? Anyone have experience with this stuff?

actually a dermatologist can removal a mole very fast.

I keep meaning to get a mole removed, but I admit to being a bit nervous. How do dermatologists go about removing it exactly? Scalpels, lasers, maggots?

it depends on your skin type, i had one i was trying to get rid of went to the dermatalogist im more of a darker skinned so he said it would definately create a scar. for me they said they would use a scalple and the surgery would take about an hour, they cant remove the mole directly so they cut on your face like "()" around the mole and sew the skin back together, he said there would be a scar line on my face and he would provide some cream to make the scar less noticible but it would still be there, ive been looking at those creams that get rid of it off your face but i havent found anyone thats used them so im not willing to risk it.

if its a really ugly mole then a scar is probably better looking. at least you can say you got it in a fight or something. its not a big deal to get one removed. make sure you go a doctor who knows what he's doing. talk to friends family who have gotten the procedure and if they had a doctor that did it right. its really simple and quick. local anaesthetic.
