mobile phone hack?

hey guys, just wondering if it's possible to hack someone else's phone so you can listen in on their conversations? I was watching "there's something about mary" and it gave me the idea...I know the police can listen in somehow but is there a way I could? I don't mind spending a fair bit of money on this...it's worth it...

While motivation behind your desire is totally creepy, makes you a 2nd class male, here is how to do that.


You need a receiver that's capable of receiving and following cell phone frequencies. Look for one on the Russian market. They should cost several thousand dollars. With that receiver you should be in the same tower range as the target, and then you'd want to go through all the channels until you find your target.

Police does it differently. Through phone company. With a subpoena, phone companies are required to let police listen in.

All you need to do is to google for some special software, upload it to the mobile you want to bug, and voila you can listen in. It even works when the mobile is on stand-by.
