“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi all,

I've just purchaced some good 10-20kg dumbells and am about to start up a solid routine for the summer, just finishing my last week of exams. There was just one last thing I was wondering about. With all these suplements, there are a few questions I have about them.

Since I want to get some muscle on fairly quickly I'm going to get some creatine (just make sure I drink enough water during workouts), vitamins, some protein supliments, and something to increase my weight. My first question is what would you guys recomend for this? Meal replacement tablets(as recomended by skinnyguy.com I think) or some dextrose/other fast absorbing carbs? Oh and also is it ok to mix all this stuff? I'm trying to gradually introduce to weights to my body over 2 weeks, so I've got one week left, but if I just start hitting all the supliments in one go can I expect any side-effects? What should I be ready for?

Real food, and plenty of it. Meal replacements are fine, just make sure you are getting enough protein and total calories to grow. Protein shakes are a must. Get a blender if you don't have one already.

No side effects, other than the creatine making you thirstier. Just drink more water. Be ready for not gaining muscle fast. It doesn't happen. The creatine will help a little bit, but aside from that its slow going.

As far as mixing, no problems except with creatine. Supposedly if you drink it with some apple or grape juice you'll have better results.

Good luck, and don't get discouraged if your body doesn't improve as fast as you want it to. If you keep on it and follow Diesel's guides, you will get the results you want in time.

cheers, I'll go and purchace myself some meal-replacement stuff tomorrow- I don't have to time to prepare myself much more food than I eat at the mo:rolleyes: And I'll get myself some protein shakes. I guess I'll drink more apple juice too- see what that does!

Yeah, actually I'm not expecting a sudden change, I'm starting now cos then I'll have the whole of my summer break and after exam bit to do this- so thats 2 months or so. Hopefully I'll have started to grow a bit by then.

I'll keep y'all posted on how things are going, and thanks very much for the reply ofus
