okay. theres this girl and she showed high interest. so suggested we go out and she said she was busy but never brought up another time wen she would be available. however, she still continues to show high interest and she is not a flirtatious girl.

what to do...cuz ive read that if she doesnt respond with a counteroffer, shes not interested, however she shows signs of high interest.

she doesnt run. she just doesnt come up with an open day is wat it seems like. and then tha next day, its back to flirting/kino/bla bla.
