our current law system is broken, horribly.

Edit: this goes back to the personal responsibility thing from the "fat america" thread. It is not beneficial to be responsible, instead you can abuse the system an try and sue. That is the motivation. It needs to change.

Probably because when he married her she was a magnet for his 10 foot pole.
