"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Hey guys. I usually post in the high school forum (there's no college section), only because those issues generally relate to me more but I thought this section would give me better results.

I've been reading up on mirroring to build rapport, physical mirroring to be more specific. And although it seems like a great tool, I was wondering would it be wise to mirror a girl if she is in an anxious position. As in, a girl who has her legs and arms crossed, head down, etc. Someone who just isn't starting off in a good mood. I don't think its right to mirror those positions as I would come across as less than alpha-male, and I want to appear confident with my good posture and direct eye-contact. ;)

So the question is, when a hb9 is in a conversation but is in a very withholding (showing no signs of interest) position, how do i divert this and use mirroring to counter it? (If there is even a way)

My reference:http://www.fastseduction.com/guide/02_how_to_get_started/mirroring.shtml

Any responses or advice would be great. Thanks all.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

The point here is, try not to talk to girls when they are in a bad mood.

Why?

They'll project whatever's going on in ther head onto you. And then associate those bad feelings with you.

Steer clear of the emo ones :)

Good ^^^

But if you must, don't mirror her negativity......just change it. You should never be around a woman who is mad or sad because those feelings will be associated with you the next time she sees you.

Anyways to change her mood: If she has her arms crossed, give her a drink to hold, thus revealing her breast (open poster). Legs crossed is not always a bad sign.

I've figured this one out. You never try to mirror anyone. That's it, problem solved. You just work to get rid of your bad body language, and you start conversations with thousands of people until you get mad social skills, while improving yourself to be the person you want through better clothes, education, style, housing, etc.

What you do is get yourself in state and go out to have fun and spread your wealth of happiness. If anyone doesn't want to partake, ****, I don't want angry/standoffish women in my life. ALl they will do is drag my state down and keep me from finding greener pastures. The bottom line is that your prizability, humor, and clever choice of words is what is going to help with this woman. Mirroring is not going to be the answer. That's what some scientist/nerd who doesn't get laid would try. Guys who get laid will say, "forget all that ****, I'm gonna run mad game on this hoe and make her pimp that ass cuz I'm the man!".

Guys who worry about crap like mirroring aren't going to be getting laid much. Micromanaging little things like this prevent you from focusing on the bigger picture and are state killers all of their own. Plus it tends to lead guys down the NLP nut path.

If the girl shows no interest you should leave. Go find a fun girl, dance, talk or do whatever and enjoy yourself. There is no need for you to go and kiss up to a woman who is obviously not interested in you.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

hmmm...in "unlimited power" by Tony Robbins... HE talked about a guy who had bad body langauge. He copied it (pacing I think it is called) and then when he led (which im sure you know happens after good rapport) he did more positive BL and changed the guy's mood

Anthony Robbins is a great motivator. I did his Personal Power series and it motivated me to start spaming myself to thousands of women. I started getting laid more often. This was before I knew of any other resources.

However, a great motivator is where he begins and ends as far as helping you seduce women. He is unfortunately a nlp nut. Therefore, much of what he says is neither scientifically accurate nor going to work outside of the ouija-effect in a workshop.

Just google something like NLP critisims for information on the poor results of NLP in controlled studies.
